Jaillance is something of a trailblazer when it comes to organic grapes and wines, and these wines symbolise Jaillance’s philosophy and fundamental values. The company has been committed to organic agriculture since 1989, in the interests of sustainability for its heritage and love for its terroirs. The winegrowers undertake to work hand in hand with nature and to protect diversity. In real terms, this means using compost or other organic soil improvers around the vines.
One of Jaillance’s latest products is a 100% VEGAN wine – no animal products are used in its production.
