Proud to be Peach


2 cl peach liqueur
1 cl lime juice
5 cl Jaillance Clairette de Die Tradition
4 fresh coriander leaves
4 cl vodka

Method :
Place all ingredients except Clairette de Die into the glass of a Boston cocktail shaker. Half fill the metal part with ice.
Pour the contents of the glass into the metal and shake vigorously
Strain and pour into a champagne coupe. Top up with Clairette de Die

Chef’s tip :
For an even more flavoursome cocktail, replace the peach liqueur with half a peach, diced and crushed in the cocktail shaker.
