Les caves - SVS et Pé
The SVS and Pé cellars specialise in the production of Loire Valley sparkling wines using the Traditional Method. The 2 facilities, one in Vouvray the other in Puy-Notre-Dame, provide facilities for vinification, production and storage. Together they produce 4 million bottles a year, and were acquired by Jaillance Cave de Die Cooperative Cellars and Loire Propriétés in 2017.
This gave Jaillance the perfect opportunity to extend their range by adding a selection of wines from the Loire Valley.
